Dixon Appointments is a female-led, Victorian business. While it is our intention to keep our organisational hierarchy relatively flat, we have structured our job functions to complement the strengths of different areas of expertise and support mentoring and continuous development for our team. This offers ongoing learning and career paths across different business units.

Recruitment team

Our roles are structured and designed to ensure that each recruiter spends most of their time doing what they do best.

Recruitment Partners

Our Recruitment Partners are expert recruiters, responsible for driving growth and strengthening partnerships with our clients. Our Partners spend the majority of their time connecting with strategic clients to ensure retention and growth, and developing business with new and existing clients. They also undertake end to end recruitment for senior and strategic vacancies and work closely with our Recruitment Specialists to ensure they always have vacancies to recruit, providing mentoring and guidance when needed. 

Recruitment Specialists

Our team of Recruitment Specialists are our connectors. They harness our best practice recruitment and selection tools, investing the majority of their time to connect talented professionals to their next career move. They work closely with the Executives to develop their client relationships and to identify new opportunities to connect our talent with professional vacancies. 

Recruitment Services Consultants

Recruitment Services Consultants source and engage with professional talent. They coordinate rostered vacancies and manage talent pools of our valued regular shift workers, referring and recommending talent to the Specialists and Executives.  They work closely with Specialists and Executives to navigate and manage client relationships. 

Corporate Services team

Have you heard our payroll is the most reliable in the business? This is only the case because of the team of professionals that support our administration and finance functions.

Finance 

Our finance team is diverse and made up of Accountants, Finance Officers and Payroll experts. All work closely together in a coordinated effort to contribute to our best in class payroll and business management systems.

Customer Experience Specialists

Our CX team is the central hub for all customer activity. This team truly drives our motto of "the best people for the best people" engaging and building rapport and relationships across all stakeholder groups. Cx also undertakes critical administrative functions to support the recruitment services; providing reporting and quality assessments to help the team do their best work.

Interns

Dixon hires interns every year to help support employment for new professionals as they venture into the world of work. To date, every single intern that has undertaken our program has been successfully employed by Dixon Appointments at the completion of the program, some now continue to work in social media, administration or the recruitment team.
