Temporary payroll systems for your peace of mind

We understand that as a casual employee, the way we manage our payroll and systems have a direct impact on your financial security. For this reason, our system has automated prompts to remind you to submit your timesheet each week, and your supervisor will then receive a daily reminder to approve until your hours have been authorised for payment.

Integrated, automated timesheet and payroll system

Dixon has invested in a fully integrated timesheeting and payroll system which means no manual data entry, no errors, and an accurate remittance of payroll, every time.

Our timesheeting system is mobile-friendly and can be accessed and completed from anywhere there is an internet connection. This means that if you forget to submit your timesheet or if your supervisor forgets to authorise it, you can do so when they are on the go.

Two payruns; every week

Even with robust, online payroll and timesheet solutions, sometimes things happen that delay the submission or approval of your timesheet. For this reason, we run two payrolls every week; the first is processed after 12 noon each Monday and the second after 12 noon on Wednesdays. This means even if your supervisor is sick, on leave or they approve your timesheet after 12pm on a Monday you will still be paid in that week. 

We even run a report of all active candidates working each Tuesday and follow up with the timesheet approvers individually to ensure that wherever a technical issue or unforeseen barrier has arisen, we can address and resolve before the second payroll is closed.
