Refer a friend

Dixon Appointments know that great candidates know great candidates ….. So, if you directly introduce a candidate to Dixon - whether they be family, colleagues or simply acquaintances - and we then place them in a permanent, temporary or a payroll service capacity, we will say thank you with a $50 Gift Voucher!

 

Please ask the person you recommend pass on your details when registering or please feel free to introduce them to us directly.  Once we have placed the candidate in a position*, we’ll get in touch so you can redeem your voucher.

 

The hardest part will be choosing what to spend your voucher on!

*The fine print!  Dixon Appointments Refer a friend program has a few conditions that you should know about.

• You need to directly introduce the candidate via the form above, e-mail or telephone to a Dixon Appointments team member (Account Manager, Recruitment Consultant etc);
• To be a valid referral, the candidate must not be already on Dixon Appointments database;
• The referred candidate will need to be placed in a role by Dixon Appointments within three (3) months of the referral - this can be a permanent, fixed term, termporary or payroll service placement;
• Referral rewards will only be made when the referred candidate is actually placed by Dixon Appointments and;
  • For temporary candidates, vouchers will be processed after four weeks of employment
  • For permanent candidates, vouchers will be processed after 3 months of employment
• The referral reward you will earn is a voucher for $50; and
• It is your responsibility to ascertain whether the referral has been employed by Dixon Appointments.
