How it works

- Our team will review and connect with your referral
- If your referral is successfully placed in a position*, you’ll receive your reward

Terms & Conditions (The Fine Print)
- To be eligible, you must complete the referral form on this page and the referred candidate must be successfully placed in a position through Dixon Appointments
- To qualify, the candidate must not already be registered on the Dixon database
- The referral must be placed in a role by Dixon Appointments within three (3) months of submission
- Eligible placements include permanent, fixed-term, temporary, or payroll service roles
- Referral rewards are only provided once the candidate has been successfully placed
Reward timing:
- Temporary placements: voucher issued after 4 weeks of employment
- Permanent placements: voucher issued after 3 months of employment
- Each successful referral receives a $50 Gift Voucher
- It is your responsibility to check in regarding the placement status if required
