etc);<\/li>\r\n<li>To be a valid referral, the candidate must not be already on Dixon Appointments database;<\/li>\r\n<li>The referred candidate will need to be placed in a role by Dixon Appointments within three (3) months of the referral &#8211; this can be a permanent, fixed term, termporary or payroll service placement;<\/li>\r\n<li>Referral rewards will only be made when the referred
