The Power Behind the Brand:

The Dixon story is one about four women who bring deep industry experience, strategic clarity, and a shared passion for building a business that genuinely makes a difference. Co-owners Kathryn FitzGerald and Lucy Ricanek have stewarded the Dixon brand with integrity and care, Kathryn has championed client acquisition and growth through trusted relationships and deep industry insight. Her reputation is built on high performance recruitment leadership and Lucy through her operational precision honed across 25 years in finance.

In January 2025, they joined forces with Jody Fazldeen and Dionne Sharp, the co-founders of Queensland-based Talentpath Recruitment. Talentpath acquired a 60% shareholding in Dixon Appointments, uniting two values-led, female-founded, Australian-owned businesses under a shared vision for growth. Kathryn and Lucy remain active, invested owners bringing legacy, loyalty, and unmatched knowledge of the Melbourne market while Jody and Dionne bring strategic firepower, national reach, and bold ambition.

In August 2025 recruitment leadership maven Jules Seletto took the helm as our General Manager. With a career that spans global leadership, people first culture transformations, and a deep passion for team and client success, Jules brought game-changing energy that continues to define where Dixon is headed next. From her roots in recruitment to her impact in high-performance teams, Jules has always been a force for growth, heart, and strategic reinvention and now she’s bringing that to Dixon, bringing clarity of vision, driving action and a momentum that shapes the future of the Dixon team.
