What led you to a career in recruitment – and to the tech space specifically?

I started my recruitment journey in 2018, having previously worked across property management, sales, and operations. Moving into recruitment was a very deliberate decision for me – I connect well with people and genuinely believe in the value of helping others navigate their careers. While many recruiters say they “fell into” the industry, I chose it intentionally.

My first role was in Architecture, where I quickly discovered how rewarding it is to make a positive impact in people’s lives. With a strong personal interest in technology and its role in shaping the future, I naturally transitioned into the tech space, and that’s where I’ve remained ever since.

How would you describe your role in one sentence?

I connect great people with great opportunities in the tech space, helping both clients and candidates achieve long-term success.

Favourite way to spend the weekend?

Favourite way to spend the weekend would be at a winery enjoying the wine and the views but reality is running round and having fun with my 2 children which also brings me a lot of joy!
