This was a huge decision for me but the opportunity to join Dixons was too good to pass up. A well-established business with an incredible foundation, a strong brand and reputation and growth potential. It’s an exciting mix of legacy and possibility which is exactly what I love.

My ideal weekend is all about family and resetting – beach walks, kids sport (there’s A LOT of this), gym time, coffees from my favourite local barista, family movie nights are a favourite for me too.

Be real, be inquisitive, and treat every connection like it matters- because it does. Authenticity builds trust, and trust is everything in recruitment. (as long as you back it up with delivery)

I do love a mantra…a couple of my favourites, “show up, do the work, stay kind” & “you don’t have to do everything today” (this one is a daily mantra for me)

So many great leaders continue to inspire me but Richard Branson is one of my favorites- for his people first leadership and energetic style, charismatic and authentic, known for empowering teams and treating people well. He is obviously also not afraid to chase BIG dreams.
