Payrolling Service

For assignments where your business provides the temporary candidate, Dixon Appointments’ payrolling service is available at a discounted margin. In this case, you will retain responsibility for testing and assessing the candidate’s suitability, conducting background and referee checks, supervising the candidate and monitoring their level of performance. As part of our service, Dixon Appointments will prepare the candidate’s weekly payments (based on the agreed rate), deduct PAYE tax, and pay superannuation, payroll tax and WorkCover.

Master Vendor Service

When we use a sub-contractor to provide services to our clients, we do so within the framework of a well-established Master Vendor model. We control and monitor the process from start to finish, using our system FastTrack to record all details of the project and to retain records of each transaction. This ensures that all sales are captured and controlled by Dixon Appointments. Benefits include:
