How it works in three simple steps:
Step 1
- Choose the person you wish to employ. You will be responsible for reference checking, testing and assessment of suitability.
Step 2
- Negotiate the candidate's salary including leave entitlements, the hours of work, overtime and any penalty payments. We will assist by providing guidelines if required.
Step 3
- Advise Dixon Appointments of the details of the assignment and ask the candidate to contact us to complete the documentation. You, as the client, are responsible for supervising the candidate and their performance.
We will prepare the candidate's salary based on the agreed rate, deduct PAYG tax, and pay superannuation, payroll tax, insurance and WorkCover. A single invoice is sent to you weekly.
