To use Dixon Appointments’ WebBase System to access your online timesheets and payroll records, you will need a password and user ID issued by your consultant.
- Your user ID is a unique 9 digit numeric code.
- If you forget your password, use WebBase to request a reminder to be sent to your home email address.
Accessing your current timesheet
If you need to access your timesheet, please click here and use the Timesheet icon. From here, you can update, review, or submit it to your supervisor for authorisation.
- If more than one assignment is listed, make sure you select the appropriate job with the correct dates.
- If your timesheet is not displayed and this is your first assignment, your details may not yet have been loaded. Check again later in the day or contact your consultant.

Accessing past pay information
Do you need information on your past wages or superannuation contributions? You can access previous payslips with information on your pay rates, gross and net pay, allowances, tax and HECS payments. This is available for a single week, or your most recent payslip will display total pay details for the full financial year. Click here to open the Log-on page, and click on the PaySlip History icon.
